I have been fortunate enough to attend an Access Energy Transformation course over the weekend. What a great shift in consciousness!

Gurudass Singh Khalsa is one of kundalini yoga's most prolific and well loved musicians and senior teachers, to learn from him is to open your heart and connect deeply with your soul.
Gurudass came to Kundalini Yoga at the age of 17, when he met Yogi Bhajan (the Master of Kundalini Yoga) and has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for well over 30 years.
As well as being a classically trained musician and recording artist, Gurudass spent over 20 years in Spain teaching and training Kundalini Yoga teachers as well as making beautiful music. He grew up in the United States, and currently resides in Chile.
Gurudass trained directly with Yogi Bhajan,the Master of Kundalini Yoga spending many years working directly with him, and has trained hundreds of Kundalini yoga Teachers around the world - Spain, India, South America and soon Australia!
Assisting Gurudass will be Brie/ Har Simrat Kaur of Spirit Rising Yoga, as well as other Senior Kundalini Yoga Teachers from Australia and abroad.
WHEN??? The training will run as 3, 1-week residential retreats, commencing in late January 2009:
Module 1: Jan 31- Feb 7 2009
Module 2: April 18-25 2009
Module 3: August 8-15 2009
(all three retreats must be attended to complete your Level 1 training)
This training is KRI (the Kundalini Yoga Research Institute) certified, and recognized by IKYTA (the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) and KYTANZ (Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association of Australia and New Zealand).

| | | | What does Sada Simran Kaur mean? | Sun Apr 27, 2008 | I am often asked what does Sada Simran Kaur mean?
The answer is....
"the Princess who is always, continually, in a state of meditation".
"Sada" means continuously, always, eternally, constantly.
"Simran" means being in a state of meditation, and/or remembering and chanting God's Name as a way to help you get into that state.
"Kaur" means God's Princess, or,...God's Lionness, and brings added strength and grace to the first two words of your name.
This is the name I was blessed with as a Kundalini Yoga teacher. :-)
